Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked squash
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 45–60 minutes, until set and golden on top.
