Ingredients
- 8 whole chicken breasts
- 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ½ Tbsp pepper
- ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
Directions
- Mix Rice Krispies with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Melt butter in a separate shallow dish.
- Roll each chicken breast in melted butter, then roll in the Rice Krispies mixture to coat well.
- Place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam, uncovered.
- Bake at 350°F for 45–60 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Tip: Bake uncovered so the coating stays crispy — no foil needed!
