Cake
- 4 eggs — blend first
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 1⅔ cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, blend eggs first until well beaten.
- Add pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
