Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ tsp salt
Directions
- In a blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, and salt. Blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the flour and blend again until smooth.
- Grease a popover pan and fill cups halfway full.
- Bake at 400Β°F for 40 minutes.
- Prick each popover to allow steam to escape, then turn oven off and leave for 5 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: Do not open the oven during baking β the steam is what makes them pop!
