Ingredients
- 3 large onions, diced
- 6 large cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp oregano
- 1 level tsp red pepper
- 3 large cans whole tomatoes
- 4 large cans tomato paste
- Oil (to cover bottom of pan)
Directions
- Add oil to cover the bottom of pan. Heat until light brown then add onion and garlic. Cook until brown.
- Add oregano and red pepper and mix.
- Add whole tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Boil ½ hour.
