Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Mazola oil
- 2 Tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp pepper
- 3 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
- In a large pot, heat Mazola oil over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and garlic until softened.
- Add meat and brown.
- After meat is added, season with pepper and salt.
- Once meat is brown, add tomato sauces and crushed tomatoes.
- Add 1 cup of grated Parmesan. Stir and simmer until flavors meld.
