Ingredients
- 1 medium Vidalia or sweet onion, sliced thin
- 3 bags frozen thin green beans
- 28 oz can tomato sauce
- ΒΌ tsp granulated garlic
- Β½ tsp Syrian pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Get onions soft on medium heat in a pan with oil to cover bottom of pan.
- Add string beans, then cover.
- When green beans are steamed through (approximately 6 minutes), add tomato sauce and spices.
Add sliced beef tenderloin for a non-meatless version.
