Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 5 oz dried beef, chopped
- 4 tsp minced onion
- 4 tsp minced green pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pecans
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Soften cream cheese and add milk, mixing until smooth.
- Add chopped dried beef, minced onion, minced green pepper, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- In a small pan, crisp the pecans in butter with salt.
- Spread pecan mixture over the top of the dip.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
