Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 5 oz dried beef, chopped
  • 4 tsp minced onion
  • 4 tsp minced green pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Soften cream cheese and add milk, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add chopped dried beef, minced onion, minced green pepper, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  6. In a small pan, crisp the pecans in butter with salt.
  7. Spread pecan mixture over the top of the dip.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
