Greek Salad and Dressing

Classic Greek salad with iceberg lettuce, feta, olives, and a simple olive oil and wine vinegar dressing

Ingredients

Salad

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges (optional)
  • ½ medium onion, sliced into rings
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ lb feta cheese, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup olives

Dressing

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Directions

  1. Tear or chop lettuce. Combine with tomatoes, onion rings, cucumber, feta, and olives.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, wine vinegar, water, and dried oregano.
  3. Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
