Ingredients
Salad
- ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges (optional)
- ½ medium onion, sliced into rings
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ¼ lb feta cheese, cut into chunks
- ½ cup olives
Dressing
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp water
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Directions
- Tear or chop lettuce. Combine with tomatoes, onion rings, cucumber, feta, and olives.
- Whisk together olive oil, wine vinegar, water, and dried oregano.
- Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
