Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour

Directions
- Mix eggs and milk in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Add flour and salt, blending until smooth.
- Heat oven to 450°F. Grease cups and preheat them in the hot oven until they sizzle.
- Fill preheated cups half full with batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 450°F.
- Lower oven to 350°F and bake 15 to 20 minutes more until deep golden.
- Serve immediately.
