Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ cup whipping cream
- ΒΌ cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 heaping tablespoon roasted garlic

tsp white pepper
Directions
- Boil potatoes and drain. Put in bowl and mash by hand with a masher or ricer.
- Place cream and butter in a saucepan until melted. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium-low heat until mixture begins to boil.
- Add to pot mixture.
- Bake in toaster oven to finish.
