Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- ΒΌ tsp salt

- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp pickle relish
- Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Split hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and pickle relish until smooth and creamy.
- Pile or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish each with a dusting of paprika.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
