Deviled Eggs

Classic creamy deviled eggs dusted with paprika

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • β…› tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp pickle relish
  • Paprika, for garnish

Directions

  1. Split hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and pickle relish until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pile or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Garnish each with a dusting of paprika.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
