Citrus Sauce for Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cans water
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine honey, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, orange juice concentrate, and water. Mix well.
  2. Add pepper to taste.
  3. Marinate chicken in sauce for 24 hours.
  4. Bake or grill until cooked through.
