Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 9 to 12 minutes. Let cool on sheet for a minute before transferring.
