Cheeseball

A rich, tangy party classic studded with stuffed olives

Ingredients

  • 1 Old English cheese (jar)
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp burgundy wine
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • Stuffed olives, for decorating

Directions

  1. Bring all cheeses to room temperature.
  2. Mix together Old English cheese, blue cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, burgundy wine, garlic powder, and Tabasco. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape into a ball or log and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Decorate with stuffed olives before serving. Serve with crackers.
Tip: The cheeseball can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
