Ingredients
- 1 Old English cheese (jar)
- 1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp burgundy wine
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 drops Tabasco
- Stuffed olives, for decorating
Directions
- Bring all cheeses to room temperature.
- Mix together Old English cheese, blue cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, burgundy wine, garlic powder, and Tabasco. Mix until well combined.
- Shape into a ball or log and refrigerate until firm.
- Decorate with stuffed olives before serving. Serve with crackers.
Tip: The cheeseball can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
