Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 3Β½ cups Vitamin D milk
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • ΒΌ tsp pepper
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar and Velveeta (combined)
  • Steamed vegetables (for serving)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux.
  2. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Stir until thick.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Add 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar and Velveeta. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour over steamed vegetables and bake.
