Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 3Β½ cups Vitamin D milk
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp pepper
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar and Velveeta (combined)
- Steamed vegetables (for serving)
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux.
- Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Stir until thick.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar and Velveeta. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour over steamed vegetables and bake.
