Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli and cauliflower florets
- 1 cup white raisins
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup toasted almonds
- Marinade:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar or Sweet'N Low
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine broccoli and cauliflower florets, white raisins, and chopped onions in a large bowl.
- Whisk together white vinegar, sugar (or Sweet'N Low), and mayonnaise to make the marinade.
- Toss salad with marinade and refrigerate overnight — everything except the toasted almonds.
- Add toasted almonds just before serving.
Add the almonds right before serving to keep them crunchy.
