Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- Β½ cup sour cream or whipped topping
- Apple cider vinegar, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Directions
- Shred or finely chop the cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour dressing over cabbage and toss well to coat.
- Add crushed pineapple if using β fold in gently.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, salt, or vinegar to preference.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip: Better made a day ahead β the cabbage softens and the flavors meld overnight.
