Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- ΒΌβΒ½ cup sugar
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and stir to combine.
- Add sliced fresh strawberries and Grand Marnier.
- Stir gently and cook for 2β3 minutes until strawberries are warmed through.
- Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream.
Note: Use ripe, fragrant strawberries for the best result. The Grand Marnier gives it an elegant orange note.
