Spinach Dip

Chopped spinach, water chestnuts, mayo, sour cream & Knorr herb soup mix — served in a round bread loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg Knorr Fine Herb Soup mix

Directions

  1. Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  2. Combine spinach, water chestnuts, mayo, sour cream, and Knorr soup mix.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Hollow out a round bread loaf and fill the center with the dip.
  6. Serve with torn bread pieces from the loaf for dipping.
Note: Drain the spinach very well — excess water will make the dip watery.
