Ingredients
- 2 lbs chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg Knorr Fine Herb Soup mix
Directions
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Combine spinach, water chestnuts, mayo, sour cream, and Knorr soup mix.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Hollow out a round bread loaf and fill the center with the dip.
- Serve with torn bread pieces from the loaf for dipping.
Note: Drain the spinach very well — excess water will make the dip watery.
