Ingredients
- Spare ribs (full rack)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
- Season ribs generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Lawry's on all sides.
- Blaise at 500°F for 5 minutes to sear.
- Reduce heat to 300°F and cook for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- In the last 15 minutes, put sauce on the cut side of the ribs.
- Remove from oven, cut between bones, and serve.
Tip: The initial blast at 500° locks in the juices. The long slow finish at 300° makes them tender.
