Ingredients

  • Spare ribs (full rack)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Season ribs generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Lawry's on all sides.
  2. Blaise at 500°F for 5 minutes to sear.
  3. Reduce heat to 300°F and cook for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. In the last 15 minutes, put sauce on the cut side of the ribs.
  5. Remove from oven, cut between bones, and serve.
Tip: The initial blast at 500° locks in the juices. The long slow finish at 300° makes them tender.
