Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (4 oz) Old English cheddar cheese
  • 2 (6 oz) blue cheese
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • ΒΌ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ΒΌ cup red wine
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Sliced Spanish olives, for garnish

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, Old English cheddar, and blue cheese together until smooth.
  2. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and garlic powder. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Garnish the top with sliced Spanish olives before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers.
