Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 (4 oz) Old English cheddar cheese
- 2 (6 oz) blue cheese
- 3 drops Tabasco
- ΒΌ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ΒΌ cup red wine
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Sliced Spanish olives, for garnish
Directions
- Beat cream cheese, Old English cheddar, and blue cheese together until smooth.
- Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and garlic powder. Mix until fully blended.
- Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Garnish the top with sliced Spanish olives before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
Note: Can be made a day ahead β the flavors deepen overnight in the refrigerator.
