Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- ½ cup cornflake crumbs
- 1 egg
- Lots of salt and pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 T (heaping) chili sauce
- Couple shakes of ketchup and extra salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine ground beef, cornflake crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, onion, and chili sauce. Mix well.
- Form into a loaf and place in a baking pan.
- Top with ketchup and a little more chili sauce.
- Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
- Then uncover for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
