Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 T mustard
- 2 T ketchup
- Tabasco or Red Hot to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Kaiser rolls, for serving
Directions
- Brown ground meat with chopped onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add chicken gumbo soup, mustard, and ketchup. Stir to combine.
- Add Tabasco or Red Hot and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Simmer on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes until thickened.
- Serve on Kaiser rolls.
