Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 3 avocados, mashed
- 1 large tomato, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Press garlic and combine with finely chopped onions and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Add the mashed avocados and diced tomato.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together — keep some texture, don't over-blend.
- Serve immediately with taco chips.
Tip: Press the avocado pits into the dip and cover tightly with plastic wrap to slow browning.
